You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to your Pro or Enterprise features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Due to the nature of digital goods and AI inference costs, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
To request a refund under technical exceptions (e.g., duplicate charges), please email us at abhaytripathi@nyayaveda.co.in within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days.
