Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using NyayaVeda AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Authentication is handled via Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access at bhargavabhay182@gmail.com

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Seek guidance on illegal activities, evidence tampering, or obstruction of justice
• Attempt to manipulate court proceedings, judicial officers, or legal processes
• Circumvent rate limits or use automated scripts beyond personal research use
• Introduce malware, prompt injections, or attempt to compromise the system
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage outputs as your own legal product without permission
• Use AI-generated outputs as-is in any court filing without independent legal verification

The Service offers three plans:

Payments are processed via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Act, 2019). If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days at bhargavabhay182@gmail.com.

All source code, AI models, prompts, UI design, and documentation are the intellectual property of NyayaVeda AI. Source materials (case law, statutes) are from public-domain judicial and governmental repositories. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal research use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NyayaVeda AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on any output. This includes loss in legal proceedings, financial loss, or reputational harm resulting from use of AI-generated legal research.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice for material changes. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
